Due at time of service. I accept cash, checks, credit cards and health savings account payments. I’m not an insurance provider, but can provide you with a super bill if your insurance company accepts out of network providers. You will need to call your insurance company to find out.

Cancellation Policy

No shows and appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are responsible for paying the full price of the missed appointment.

No Perfumes or Fragrance Please

To create a safe environment for sensitive patients and your practitioner, please refrain from wearing any synthetic scents when coming for your treatment. This includes perfume, hair styling products, cologne, lotion, and heavily scented laundry products.

How to Prepare

If this is your first appointment, please print out the forms and bring them with you filled out. If you do not have a printer let me know and I will have the forms ready for you to fill out when you arrive.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Arrive not too hungry and not too full. Try to avoid too much caffeine before your appointment.

Since the treatment continues to unfold for 24 to 48 hours post treatment, it is recommended to allow time to relax and integrate afterward. Hydrating and being kind with yourself as your body/being adjusts to the changes helps this transition, as well as gentle walks, healthy food, journaling, simple things. Pay attention to what emerges, even if it seems unrelated to the main issue for which you have sought treatment.

In order to allow the changes from the treatment a chance to take hold, it’s recommended to avoid alcohol the first 24 to 48 hours after treatment, as well as not engaging in any intensely stressful situations if possible.
